Walter formed part of the core group to establish PCC’s Office in Australia.
Extensive expertise in estimating methodologies, conducting benchmarking exercises, analysing data, setup of projects for execution and interacting with project team members. Furthermore, he has a great deal of experience in project services and the integration of such services. Apart from his ability to act as manager he fulfilled the roles of Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration and Estimator in over 40 engineering related projects.
His project experience crosses many borders having been involved with projects in North/South America, Africa, Australia, Asia and Europe.
