PCC appointed specialist legal risk and compliance consultants to assist with the implementation and management of customised safety, occupational health and environment management system. Legal liability training is compulsory for all employees. Continuous hazard identification ensures the successful management of all the risks in the workplace.

Apart from our founding company in South Africa, we have offices strategically located in key mining hubs in Australia, Canada, Latin America,Middle East and Africa and are placed to deliver project services globally. We staff these offices, by recruiting staff committed to professional integrity and service excellence. Testament to this ethos is our uncommon complement of highly qualified professional staff – over 90 per cent hold a relevant degree or a diploma.
Employees are trained in industry standards such as FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, COLTO, WinQS, Dimension X, Prism G2, Primavera and various other industry-related courses. Practical and bursary opportunities are made available to prospective students.
ALL PCC employees are actively encouraged to improve their knowledge through company sponsored training seminars and internal knowledge sharing forums and presentations held throughout the year.
